    • Hamilton ZFFM Spinfinity Maintenance Free Casters

    Spinfinity Maintenance-Free | Series ZFFM

    Capacity Range: 600 – 3,200 lbs.

    The all-new Spinfinity™ Series ZFFM casters are tough kingpinless casters designed for 3" wide wheels. The Series ZFFM is a beefed up version of our new ZFHS Series. The top plate and inner raceway are forged steel formed from one piece, providing a superior raceway for shock conditions. Once formed, the raceways are CNC-machined and then hardened to ensure a uniform depth in hardness of the swivel raceway. The hardening and the CNC-machining together produce an excellent swiveling caster under extra heavy loads.

    All Spinfinity™ Series ZFFM casters are finished in a durable powder coated red crimson and come standard with a choice of ten different wheel types. Bearing selections are exclusive to double sealed precision ball bearings which like the swivel raceway are maintenance-free. Select with confidence knowing all of the casters in the chart below are classified as maintenance-free.

    Quality Features & Specs

    Swivel Construction
    Forged steel top plate and fork base; 3/8" x 2-1/2" precision laser cut steel legs welded inside and outside to forged steel horn base.

    Product Finish
    Powder Coated - Caster rigs are powder coated with Hamilton’s new Crimson Powder, a metallic HAA Polyester providing a premium look and excellent durability for both interior and exterior environments.

    Load Bearing
    3 5/16" diameter hardened and CNC-machined raceway with 3/8" balls.

    Sealed Swivel Construction
    The forged ring is cnc-machined with a precision groove to accept a large seal made from Nitrile butadiene rubber(NBR) designed to keep grease in and contaminants out.

    Axle
    3/4" diameter hex head with lock nut.
