Returns Policy
Most items are returnable. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) and instructions for how to return items from your order. All returns, not a result of our error, must be freight pre-paid and returns will not be accepted unless the RGA has been arranged in advance. A 20-35% restocking fee applies to all returned goods.
Shipping
Most products are shipped within 3-5 business days from the time we place the order. items needing 2 weeks or more are noted in the item. We assume no liability for lost profit, incidental, or consequential damages due to delay, factory error, or product failure.
