    The new Zero Fix  Spinfinity™ Series casters represent a new class of the "best of breed" kingpinless design.  The ZFWH Series represents Hamilton's answer to customers asking for a highly durable maintenance-free kingpinless caster with the industry's most popular 4" x 5" mounting plate.
     
    The top plate and inner raceway are forged steel formed from one piece, providing a superior raceway for shock conditions.  Once formed, the raceways are CNC-machined and then hardened to ensure a uniform depth in hardness of the swivel raceway.  The hardening and the CNC-machining together produce an excellent swiveling caster under extreme loads.
     
    All ZFWH Series casters are finished in red crimson and come standard with a choice of wheel types.  Bearing selections are exclusive to double sealed precision ball bearings which like the swivel raceways are maintenance-free.  Select with confidence knowing all of the casters are considered as maintenance-free.
     
    Swivel Construction:  Forged steel top plate and fork base;  1/4" x 2" plate steel legs welded inside and outside to forges steel horn base.  The forged ring is CNC-machined with a precision groove to accept a large seal made from Nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) designed to keep grease in and contaminants out.
