The Nylast® material is made from a solid cast high performance nylon and has superior impact strength compared to conventional injection-molded nylon wheels. The material is specially formulated with finely divided particles of molybdenum disulphide (MoS2) to enhance its load bearing capability while maintaining the impact resistance inherent to nylon.
These wheels are resistant to moisture and chemicals resulting in a wheel well suited for corrosive environments or applications where sanitary conditions are important. The face, flange, sides, and bores are CNC-machined to tight tolerances to ensure a consistent, quality product.
