The new UltraGlide™ Ergo represents Hamilton’s latest modular wheel design to reduce the amount of energy needed to move loads in manual or powered applications.
The new UltraGlide™, like its twin-wheel predecessor, features independent swivel surfaces that eliminates scrubbing, making it much easier to turn. The wheel assembly also includes split outer raceways to minimize friction that provides low startup and maintain forces.
This Ergo version's polyurethane tread as the name infers is well suited for ergonomic applications due to its low startup and maintain push/pull force. The blue polyurethane has also been formulated as a softer 85A for quieter operation and greater resistance to foreign objects and debris. All UltraGlide™ Ergo wheels feature crown treads with a unique easy rolling flat center band.
