The new UltraGlide® XC represents Hamilton’s latest modular wheel design to reduce the amount of energy needed to move loads in manual or powered applications. The new UltraGlide® features independent swivel surfaces that eliminates scrubbing, making it much easier to turn. The wheel assembly also includes split outer raceways to minimize friction that provides low startup and maintain forces.
This XC version's polyurethane tread is a harder 70 durometer on the Shore D scale that provides 25% more load capacity than the other UltraGlide® poly treads. In addition, the XC wheels tend to repel foreign objects and debris and are best suited for smooth floors.
