    • Meat Packing - Steam Clean Wheels

    SOLUTION FOR STEAM CLEANING

    A problem solver specifically developed for meat packing plants,
    fisheries, or anywhere steam cleaning is needed because of
    acids, brine, or alkaline solutions.

    UNIQUE CHEMICAL BOND

    Dual-thane wheels are made of two high quality liquid cast
    urethanes.  95A urethane is molded to an extra-hard
    urethane center to supply the necessary core strength.
    Unlike "mechanically bonded" wheels the state-of-the-art
    chemical bond will not stretch or come loose.  The standard
    tread provides the smooth rollability associated with poly
    on iron wheels.

    FIXED AXLE CARTS

    Generally, these wheels are used with fixed axles.  A
    neoprene lip seal and hub cap provide protection
    for the bearings.
