    • Hamilton Spinfinity ZFHS Casters

    Hamilton's all-new Spinfinity maintenance-free ZFHS Series are exceptionally tough casters. Designed for 2" diameter wheels and rated up to 3000 lbs., the ZFHS represents the highest-rated maintenance-free kingpinless caster in its class. This is thanks to the exceptional strength provided by the massive, forged swivel ring that the ZFHS features.

    Similar to Hamilton's other heavy-duty casters and wheels, the top plate and inner raceway of the ZFHS are forged steel formed from a single piece. This provides incredible strength for shock conditions. Once formed, the raceways are CNC-machined and then hardened to ensure a uniform depth in the hardness of the raceway. This combination of machining and hardening helps to create an exceptional swiveling caster for heavy loads.

    Additionally, all ZFHS casters are finished in durable powder-coated red crimson and come standard with a choice of thirteen different wheel types.     ZFHS Features and Specifications

     

    • Swivel Construction – A forged steel top plate and fork base; 1/4" x 2" precision laser cut steel legs welded inside and outside to forged steel horn base.
    • Load Bearing - 3 5/16" diameter hardened and CNC-machined raceway with 3/8" balls.
    • Powder Coated Finish - Caster rings are powder coated with Hamilton's new Crimson Powder, a metallic HAA Polyester providing a premium look and excellent durability for both interior and exterior environments.
    • Sealed Swivel Construction - The forged ring is CNC-machined with a precision groove to accept a large seal made from Nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) designed to keep grease in and contaminants out.
