- 15 PSI steam pressure, 250°F for 15 to 20 minutes
- or 29 PSI steam pressure, 273°F for 6 minutes
- 304 stainless steel construction
- Mechanically polished and buffed to a smooth reflective surface
- Hi-Temp seals on swivel raceways (-20°F to 450°F)
- Grease fitting in the swivel section
- NSF-listed and RoHS-compliant
- 300-pound capacity at room temperature
