    • Hamilton Inferno Heavy Duty Casters

    Capacity Range: 560 – 2,400 lbs. Temperature Range: -22 – 750° F

    What happens when you combine Hamilton's legendary forged steel kingpinless swivel design with unique high-heat materials? You get the heavy-duty line from their Inferno Series, caster wheels perfect for autoclaves, product finish systems, and other extreme heat environments. The top plate and inner raceway are forged from a single piece, providing incredible strength for shock conditions. Furthermore, this line features grease in the swivel raceways rated up to 750°F.

    Select Scorcher wheel models if floor protection is required. For more rugged applications that don't require floor protection, the metal, stainless, or indestructible forged steel caster wheels are great options.

    To minimize overall height, improve stability, and maximize capacity, we recommend Hamilton's high-heat dual wheels, denoted by "HSK2" in their model number.     Swivel Construction: The forged steel top plate and fork base provide incredible strength, supplemented by the 1/4" x 2" laser-cut steel legs welded inside and outside to the forged steel horn base.

    Main Load Bearing: WHK products feature a 2 9/16" diameter hardened and CNC-machined raceway with 3/8" balls. HSK products feature a 3 15/16" diameter hardened and CNC-machined raceway with 3/8" balls.

    Axle: These heavy duty casters use a 1/2" diameter hex head with a lock nut.

    Lubrication Fittings: This line uses a ball-check type in the swivel assembly.
