Hamilton Heavy Duty Ground Support Casters

Hamilton's 7500 Series is the ultimate marriage of a truly heavy duty solid pneumatic tire with Hamilton’s premium forged steel swivel caster technology. This series is ideally suited for heavy duty ground support applications. Available in six wheel diameters from 10" x 4" to 21" x 6", all wheels are equipped with 1" or 1 1/4" precision tapered roller bearings making them well suited for Ground Support towing applications.
The 16", 18", and 21" wheels are comprised of three tread sections: a firm, stable base compound for strong rim adhesion; a very resilient middle section to dampen the shock of uneven rolling surfaces; and a tough low rolling resistance tread to reduce energy consumption. The result is a soft ride that compares with full pneumatic tires, but with much higher capacities than their air-filled cousins.

Drop forged steel mounting plate and horn base.

Integrally forged with mounting plate. 1" diameter on all but the 21" model which has a 1 1/4" kingpin.
Main Load Raceway
large diameter raceway machined for hardened and polished steel balls. The 21" model uses Hamilton’s HPI™ Swivel Technology.
Secondary Load Raceway
Precision tapered thrust bearing counteracts radial thrust.
Product Finish
Powder Coated - Caster rigs are powder coated with Hamilton’s new Crimson Powder, a metallic HAA Polyester providing a premium look and excellent durability for both interior and exterior environments.
Axle
3/4" on 10" and 12" models, 1" axle on 14", 16" and 18" models; 21" models have 1 1/4" axle.
Lubrication Fittings
Ball-check type in swivel assembly and in wheel hubs.
