    • Hamilton EPSD Enhanced Precision Super Duty Caster

That's why you can put your trust in our EPSD Enhanced Precision Super Duty Casters, which are part of our heavy-duty casters collection. It uses new technology that outperforms the conventional CNC-machined ball bearings, kingpinless, and unit load-bearing swivel constructions. Casters are constantly evolving to better suit the needs of each industry that requires them for their work. That's why you'll find new and improved designs with improved bearing elements that double the number of contact points.

    Explore our other Hamilton Casters, including the new HPI raceways, which are 45% harder than conventional hardened raceways. They have a smooth surface composed of 16 microinches, with a capacity range from 2,000 to 10,000 pounds.

    Feature Highlights

     

    • 1/2" thick drop forged steel mounting plate:  3/8"x 4" plate steel legs robotically welded inside and out to forged steel horn base.
    • 1" diameter integrally forged kingpin.
    • 1" diameter grade 5 hex head axle with lock nut.
    • Wheels feature precision ball bearings or tapered roller bearings.
    • Product Finish: Powder Coated - Caster rigs are powder coated with Hamilton's new Crimson Powder, a metallic HAA Polyester, providing a premium look and excellent durability for both interior and exterior environments.
