    Low Profile Business Machine Casters

    Construction of Albion's 20 Series casters features Heat Treated Stamped Steel.  Albion's 21 Series features
    welded steel.  The black finish is for corrosion prevention and sleek appearance.

    Capacity range from 700 to 1200 pounds

    Standard top plate: 3-1/8" x 4-1/8"

    Standard bolt hole pattern:  2-3/8" x 3-3/8" bolt hole pattern

    Wheel material includes Polypropylene, glass filled nylon, phenolic, and  x-treme solid polyurethane.

    Glass filled nylon wheels (Albion's Maxim®) delivers maximum performance and an economical solution for your
    most demanding caster applications.  With a focus on ergonomics, this advanced wheel starts rolling, keeps 
    rolling and swivels with ease!  The innovative nylon and fiberglass construction stands up to solvents, extreme
    temperature and high load capacities.  Maxim® wheels won't absorb moisture.

    Phenolic wheels (Albion's TM) are molded of heavy macerated or chopped cotton denim, impregnated with phenolic
    resin and formed in close fitting molds under high pressure and temperature.  They are non-marking and excellent
    load carriers.

    Polypropylene wheels (Albion's PB) are an injection molded blend of thermoplastic polymers which resist absorption
    and are resistant to most chemicals and solvents.  Capacity ratings are comparable to hard rubbers wheels with the added
    advantage of being lighter in weight and having greater impact resistance.

    X-treme Solid Polyurethane wheels (Albion's XP) have been a very popular solid polyurethane choice for years, but now
    Albion has taken the wheels to a new level.  Instead of compression molding.  Albion now uses a proprietary poured mold
    technique that results in a cleaner, smoother looking wheel.  These wheels are designed specifically for high-capacity manual
    applications involving chemicals, solvents or water.  X-tremely low rolling resistance and the crowned tread make this wheel
    your choice for ergonomic applications.  One-piece construction efforts freedom from tread separation with an exceptionally
    long life.  The solid polyurethane material is non-marking and provides floor protection.
